It's Sogape, the big one from the takeshon hanpukai 🎵Sogape at last❗I'm so happy😊.
Oh, it's not only like a white wine, but it's also astringent and has a sake-like taste, so it's not a simple thing to make 😲 No wonder it's so popular 😆.
I heard that it is also good to be heated, so I brought a sake heater to the hotel and tried it ❗The acidity was quite strong and the sake flavor was quite assertive! It may not be to everyone's taste, but it's fun to see the diversity of ways to enjoy sake 🎵.
