Well, the first sake of the new year is from Nagano, where I will be serving again this year. I didn't go to Zenkoji Temple, but it is Nishinomon near Zenkoji Temple! It is Junmai Daiginjo!
The first sip is sweet, followed by umami. I was impressed by the deliciousness of the rice with absolutely no cloying taste. Everyone who was drinking it said, "It's delicious!
