It was a gift from my brother, and his girlfriend picked it out for me!
I imagined it would be dry because it's from Kyushu, so I immediately started to eat it!
The first day
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, you can feel a fluffy, beautiful sweetness mixed with spiciness and bitterness.
The mouthfeel is very clean and easy to drink.
It has a slightly fruity flavor, and the overall taste is gentle and medium. It is a very tasty sake that goes well with food.
Day 2
The gradation of sweetness and bitterness, followed by a gentle spicy aftertaste that spreads in the mouth, is delicious today as well!
This time, it is cooled down to a crisp and has a sharpness.
Warmed to lukewarm.
This time, we also served it warmed.
The sweetness increases in the mouth, and the aroma on the nose is also very nice.
The lingering aftertaste is longer in cold sake, which I prefer.
It was a gift, but it was so delicious that I can't stop traveling for sake because of encounters like this!
