Mild, sweet aroma like white peaches. ❣️
Semi-sweet flavor, but you can taste the acidity.
I don't remember it being this acidic.
It's like a white wine, but with a kick 😆.
I will be serving with the famous chicken set: 🕊️
Seri, skin, cartilage and bonjiri!
The tare (sauce) to be served with the chicken is also ume (plum), wasabi (Japanese horseradish), salt, and yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper).
