I opened the one that had been in the fridge all day in honor of my birthday 🍰.
The aroma is sweet apple? It feels quite dark.
When I put it in my mouth, it was still chili fresh and rich, even though it had been quite a while. It is slowly sweetened like sugar and tastes like rice, and it cuts through nicely.
The next day, the chili is still there, and it is as rich as ever. The next day, the chile is still there, and it's still as rich as ever, but the richness has taken a turn and seems to be a bit moldering.
It is still delicious. It's delicious, but it's probably been too long. I must drink it while it's still good without thinking it's a waste!
