The last day of our much-anticipated trip to Yamaguchi! Today we went to Otters - Yaokushin Shuzo - Sakai Shuzo - Murashige Shuzo - Kintaihashi, and ended up visiting almost all of the breweries! We were able to sample the Otters and the Murashige Brewery! Since I am a driver, I asked my wife to do the tasting and took home a lot of souvenirs! This is the fourth picture of what I brought with me on this trip! It was fun! And the last picture of the trip was on the Shinkansen while soaking up the afterglow of the trip. a cup of sake! Ganki by Yaoshin Sake Brewery This time it was Mizu-no-wa! We also bought some at the brewery, but this was the only sake we could buy at Shin-Iwakuni station. Let's start with the first saké! The first thing is the aroma. Is it a fresh aroma? In the mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness and umami, with a slight alcohol taste and a slightly fruity flavor, which I like in ganki, but it is still delicious! It gives the impression of being easy to drink. When paired with a meal, the dry element also came out and did not interfere with the meal, making it a blissful sake time at the end of the trip!

Hi, ma-ki- 😀 When I went around Iwakuni, Sakai Sake Brewery in Itsuhashi gave me free bang for my buck, but I couldn't sample at Murashige Sake Brewery🤣. Maybe because I went to Murashige with the toji of Itsutsubashi 🤣.

Thank you, kozo! It was fun to visit a sake brewery in the name of travel 🎵. Ganki is my favorite one too 🤗I heard that there are basically no sake limited to the brewery🍀. I'm sure your wife will enjoy the sake tasting! I guess.
