First time! We opened a bottle of Purple Space 🎉.
There are a lot of fans of Sake-no-Wa, Shiuyu☺️
I've been curious about it for a long time and happened to go to a liquor store yesterday where they had a lot of Purple Space on display 🤩.
I stared at them and decided to go for the pineapple label🍍 that had just arrived 🥰.
There was also a Strawberry🍓label and a Cherry🍒label, but I chose the 🍍 this time 👌
I opened the bottle on the same day as the waiting players 🎉.

First, the aroma!
Wow 😍 it smells like pineapple!
In the mouth, you can feel the clear texture and juicy sweetness in the mouth at the same time, the rice flavor is revealed in the middle, and the astringent taste comes out in the latter half!
There is no gaseous feeling, and the astringent taste makes the taste sharp and clean.
I expected it to be light and refreshing, but it is quite robust and thick.
However, it is easy to drink because it has sweetness and is well balanced with the astringent taste at the end.
There is no spiciness or harshness, and I honestly felt it was a beautiful sake 💐.
The toji is also a woman, which makes me want to support her a little 💕.
Purple Space, it's quite delicious 😋.
