I have been wanting to drink "Ichchorai" for a long time.
I found 300ml at Takimoto and bought it.

Alcohol 15.5
Sake-like aroma
Fruity flavor and a refreshing umami.
The spiciness comes through and it has a nice sharpness!
Anyway, it is refreshing and easy to drink.
On the second day, it has calmed down a bit.
I heard it tastes better chilled, but I heated it up to try it out!
It tastes sweeter and more handsome when it's warmed up to lukewarm.
The aftertaste is spicy.
Sake that seems to go with everything!
Ichchorai = "one's best" in Fukui dialect.
I wonder if it means the best thing for you.
