Yesterday we held the 2nd off-line meeting of the Kyushu Branch 🤗.
Thank you so much to Shinshin SY who joined from Tokyo and kan who joined from Aichi ❗️.
We found a very special premium sake for us ❗️.
Shinsei Ten Frog 🐸🐸.
The hanpukai limited edition sake that got us off to a spectacular start at last week's Tokyo offline meeting was waiting for us in the fridge!
Since it was not on the menu, Namokka-san negotiated with us. After negotiating with Mr. Namocca, he said, "If you sell it by the bottle..."
I'm sure you'll answer "yes, sir ❗️" in a heartbeat 😁.
I see that it is not a 👀cap but a crown!
I'm convinced it's sold in bottles.
Usually it's activated nigori and this is the clear version.
Carefully got it poured for 11 people and kampai 🥂!
The aroma is, well, a bit like Shinsei...
On the palate, it has a full-bodied sweetness with a slight effervescence and a touch of premium honey....
Almost at the same time, the sourness of lemon
In short, it's a super high quality honey lemon 🤣.
The schwashiness was a bit weak, probably because it took a while to pour, but it went down my throat nicely 👍.
