It is more like a white wine. I was expecting a more robust sake-like flavor. It is a junmai with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. ひっさんIt's been a long time since I've been out drinking 🍣.

We had the Kindai Tuna and toasted with a sake brewed with Yamada Nishiki grown in Kindai on the menu.
