The brewery has been working hard to make a sweet sake that can compete with the sweet soy sauce of Kyushu
The brewery has a small number of employees, but they are working hard
It has a sake degree of -20, so the sweetness spreads quickly, but it also has an acidity of 2.2, so it's a great bottle for those who prefer a sweet taste.

There are several sake breweries in Kumamoto, and compared to Miyazaki and Kagoshima, I don't think it's that much of a shochu culture 😆.
