Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius
Unlike the image on the label, it has a fruity aroma, melon-like sweetness, and crisp acidity.
I also enjoyed the depth of flavor of nigori (unrefined) sake.
The store owner said he knew the president of Kikumori and the president of Shinmasa, Mr. Sato.
By the way, do you know what Shinmasa is?
