Went to Icoma before the year-end party at work.
I was curious about Taga's freshly brewed sake that Aladdin had posted, and they had it in stock, so I got to try a sample!
It was quite powerful and spicy.
It has a freshness that you would expect from a freshly pressed sake!
The store said it was freshly opened, so I think it would taste more like Aladdin's review if it were a few days older 🤔.
Sake itself is young, so it might be good to let it sit for a while.
I was also given a bottle of Winter Moon, and I think it might be the best Kabishin right now!
They seem to be getting a large shipment of various kinds of sake towards the end of the year, and I was given a list of what they plan to bring in!
