This sake was purchased at the Taga tasting at the Icoma Sake Shop but was not part of the tasting.
I was told that I would buy this sake 😁.
The rice is mizukagami. Slightly effervescent and sweet, but not heavy, with just the right amount of sweetness to balance it out. AZM, I'd like to try more of your other sakes!
