Yamawa × Hakurakusei collaboration sake
We were able to obtain both the raw and fire-aged sake, so we compared the two.
The pineapple flavor is refreshing but softly sweet and easy to drink!
I think the nama-shu is a little more flavorful than the hi-ire-shu.
It was delicious!
