Junmai Ginjo-shu, a sake brewery in Ojiya, the home of Nishikigoi, a swimming jewel, is brewed by Niigata Meibrewery. It is floral and fruity. Aroma of ripe sweet fruit and a hint of rice. The full-bodied flavor and a lingering aftertaste that lingers faintly in the mouth even as it fades away. Easy to drink, yet lingering. It is easy to drink and lingers on the palate. Delicious!
