Niigata "Koshino Hakusetsu" Honjozo Nama-shu
I asked for something a little dry, light and easy to drink.
It was the lightest and easiest to drink of all the sakes I've had so far! The alcohol content is quite low at 11%, and I wonder if it's because it contains brewer's alcohol? It was great because it was my first drink ☺️That was delicious!

Koshino-Hakusetsu's regular sake, Kyoku Cup, from Yahiko Village in Niigata Prefecture.
The sake was fermented at low temperature, unfiltered and bottled.
It is beautiful and calm.
It is a good sake for eating👍.
Speaking of super ordinary sake, I personally liked Kikuzui's ordinary unpasteurized sake, but it seems they don't serve it anymore.
The design of this one cup is excellent.
The view of the ridgeline of Mt. Yahiko is a typical image of the Echigo Plain, as can be seen from the Otorii Gate of Yahiko Shrine.
You can see Mt. Yahiko on the left hand when you reach Tsubame-Sanjo by Joetsu Shinkansen.
It is only my personal impression, but my mother is from Yahiko village, and I spent summer vacation and the end of the year at my relatives' house in Yahiko village when I was a child, so Yahiko is like my third hometown.
