I've been curious about this for a long time, and it was a high hurdle, but I've surpassed it✨.
The taste is light and dry. The aroma is good and there is no miscellaneous taste. It is elegant, gorgeous and refreshing like a Junmai Daiginjo.
The fruity taste lasts until the end and is very tasty 🤤 There is certainly no special character. But the balance is superb. I would like to chill it and enjoy it with various foods😌.
