This is Kanaryu from Shinshu Meizou.
The owner of a nearby izakaya that specializes in Nagano sake told me that Shinshu Meikozo is a joint brewery of three breweries, so there are many brands available.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of mirin (sweet sake).
In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and umami without any cloying taste.
It is quite a good sake.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The third one is the Shinshu Meisho brewery, about a 15-minute walk from Oya Station on the Shinano Railway Line.
It is located by the Yoda River, a tributary of the Chikuma River.
The fourth picture is the grave of Nobukata Itagaki, who was killed in the Battle of Uedabara.
It says "shrine," but it looks like a shrine in the middle of a field.
I came here to pay my respects because I was impressed by Shinichi Chiba's cool performance in the NHK historical drama "Fu-Rin-Kazan" 18 years ago. ⛩️

Good morning, Matsuchiyo-san. I too am longing to buy and drink sake while seeing here and there on a train trip. Sake while feeling the culture. The taste will be different 😊.

Good evening, Ponchan🍶.
Yes, that's right.
I've only had about 3 kinds of wine so I'd like to conquer them all 😊.
