Today is a bit of a special day.
So, a special drink.
The first glass! It's very smooth and goes down quickly... it's light, but not quite enough?
The second cup has more flavor than the first, but maybe I was too enthusiastic and chilled it too much at first. It's good, it's great (in many ways).
After all, this is a sake to be drunk on special occasions.
