At this booth, there were many brands that are not often seen in the Kansai region, so the staff at the Morishita Sake Shop had us fill up one after another.
Moreover, the booth was in a secluded area, and there were not many people there, probably because it was not a famous brand.

The slightly citrusy acidity gives way to a gentle umami flavor. It seemed to be aged at a low temperature, but it was more refreshing than mellow.
This too is not often seen.
I thanked the waiter and slid into a booth next to the bar.
