The ultimate food sake, which took four years to shape by Eazu at the Hakurakusei brewery. Limited edition of 600 bottles. The label is cute.
When I opened the bottle, I felt sourness as well as sweetness, but after letting it sit for a while, it has a fluffy rice aroma that is more like a flower aroma than a fruity one.
Goes well with sweet sashimi such as kampachi.
