I happened to be in a local supermarket and saw 'Phantom means unobtainable'? The name of the liquor? And it has a lot number and tank number on it. I was curious, so I bought it. I often see Hourai and other sake made by Watanabe Sake Brewery in Gifu, but the only one I've ever had is "W". When I drank it, it was very strong! ... 19 degrees alcohol by volume. It also tastes a bit pungent. There is a sweetness that tastes like rice. I wonder what the flavor comes from? Is it because it was made by the futa koji method? (I heard it was made by a method called "futa koji method"), or is it because it has matured? Is it because it's aged? I drank quite a bit of it, thinking it was too strong 😝. But if it's aluzo-sweetened and fire-aged, there might not be much difference in taste between lots 🤔, I thought,

Hi Takashi 🐦. I'm curious to buy this label and tag 😁 I wonder if it's this name because it's super limited 🤔 and I like that you can buy something rare at your local supermarket 😳.

Hi Pon 😊 I don't know if I'm simple or not, but I have a weakness for this kind of thing and I'm curious about it 😂. There are two stores near my house that have a variety of sake for a supermarket 🤣.
