At a company year-end party. Sake sent from a local branch office. Fourth from the right.
This sake was made by the Takasago Sake Brewery, which planted and harvested rice together with Asahikawa citizens under the slogan "Let's make delicious sake with Asahikawa ingredients". It is a limited-quantity sake.
The aroma is mild and fruity.
The taste is dry, crisp, and clean, with a noticeable bitterness in addition to the umami flavor.
It was a rare opportunity to drink a sake I had never seen before in the Kanto region.
