A little break from the weekends when you can't travel far and have the drink of the year at the local food court.
Even though it's a Junmai Daiginjo, it's not that flashy, and it has the kind of mouthfeel and sharpness that makes you feel like you're getting right into the pocket. The label is cool, but it gives a gentle impression.

I'm sure it would also go well with cheese and dried fruit, so I thought I'd add some snacks, but the sake started to go down before the large amount of sashimi... lol
