It s 2022 and the bottle we drunk was made in January 2019.
This is terrible to drink. Unfortunalty in Italy we have no culture about sake... So they think older get better.
A friends of mine brought my home this bottle after he had a trip in Japan in 2019...he never drank and brought to me now in 2022.
Unfortunately I cannot finish the bottle, it S too old.
Hope to drink soon the right moment a new bottle from 岡崎酒造(株)
My jananeae wife said that as a 3 year old sake it was good quality anyway
