The menu only says Shinshu Kamerei, but I'm looking forward to seeing what they serve?
The owner explained that you have to go to the brewery to buy this sake in person! He said he went directly to Ueda City to buy it 😰.
The one I drank the other day wasn't raw, and it didn't say it was only available at the brewery.
The tangy flavor of the sake matches the tangy flavor of the hot bean paste 😁.
