I bought it at Fukai Nakano-shu Honten Fukai Ekimae branch in Sakai. It is the first time to drink it and I didn't know it until I saw it in the store. I bought it together with Gunma Izumi. It is fresh and fruity. It's been a little while since I've had it, so it's ripe, but it's still gassy. It's quite a beautiful type. It has a modern and traditional feel to it. It is said to be the smallest among the breweries (Daisen, Eikoh-fuji, Dewanosetsu) in the Daisen area of Tsuruoka City. It is said to be one of the smallest in Yamagata Prefecture.

bouken-san, I drank this quite a while ago. I recently received a ❤️ from bouken-san. I thought I bought it 😄. I knew it lol. I think it was the sake that my wife I'm sure it's the sake my wife bought on the liquor store's recommendation.

I was looking at the reviews and I popped in to see tkmt's post ❤ I didn't press it. I guess this gives it away lol.

At Fukai Nakano-shu Honten Fukai station shop in Sakai. I went there to get the first bottle, but they only had one bottle, so I got this one. It's called "Usu-midori" which means "light green". I was expecting it to be more difficult to drink, but it was less Yamahai-like, with the acidity and umami taking center stage. It is a beautiful sake. There is a bit of a ramune taste in the second half. According to the liquor store where I bought it, the standard type of Gunma Izumi is a strong Yamahai. This is the first time I've ever seen sake wrapped in Japanese paper. I'm sorry to say that I've opened the package in a messy way, but I'm also very concerned about the wrinkles when I wrap it up😅.

It's a liquor store that mainly serves heated sake, so you probably won't go there often, but there aren't many places you can buy Hamae Hakubai or Gunma Izumi.

There's a strange charm that makes me fall in love with you even though you're not exactly my favorite.
