At Fukai Nakano-shu Honten Fukai station shop in Sakai.
I went there to get the first bottle, but they only had one bottle, so I got this one. It's called "Usu-midori" which means "light green". I was expecting it to be more difficult to drink, but it was less Yamahai-like, with the acidity and umami taking center stage. It is a beautiful sake.
There is a bit of a ramune taste in the second half.
According to the liquor store where I bought it, the standard type of Gunma Izumi is a strong Yamahai.
This is the first time I've ever seen sake wrapped in Japanese paper. I'm sorry to say that I've opened the package in a messy way, but I'm also very concerned about the wrinkles when I wrap it up😅.

It's a liquor store that mainly serves heated sake, so you probably won't go there often, but there aren't many places you can buy Hamae Hakubai or Gunma Izumi.

There's a strange charm that makes me fall in love with you even though you're not exactly my favorite.
