The second drink of my trip to Toyama was sake from a brewery in Himi, Toyama. It is rare to find this sake in the Kansai region.
The label was decorated with gorgeous autumn leaves.
It has a subtle aroma, a slightly matured taste, and a lot of umami.

The first sake was Katsuma, a dry and refreshing sake with a delicious rice flavor. It goes well with the seafood from Toyama. It is delicious.
