It was served in a 2-gou tokkuri bottle.
I couldn't ask for a bottle at a kappo restaurant in Kyoto, so I decided to drink it quietly!
I don't know the specs, but it was Jungin, a refreshing sake typical of Kyoto!
Last year at this time of the year, I had Tamanomitsu Hiyadoroshi at Takahitori in front of Kyoto Station!
I spent a happy time surrounded by delicious food and sake in a quiet room with a snow window!
I have another job lined up in Kyoto next June, so let's go to Hirao again!
