もーちゃんLight and sharp as a food sake👍 mugitroromeshiI had it on my third glass of lunchtime drinking!
To be honest, I was a bit of a jack-in-the-box and thought I wouldn't be able to taste it anymore, but I could clearly taste the strong but non-habitual flavor even after I sobered up!
I should have ordered it earlier! I regret it!
mugitroromeshiJunmai Ginjo-Nama Sake, Non-pressure squeezed Junmai Ginjo-Nama Sake, Ura-Harushika with the word "Shika" turned upside down.
This sake has only words that attract me, and it is delicious even though it is clean, clear, and dry!
It was a good sake with a softness that had nothing to do with the roughness or hardness that one might imagine from the word "nama-ginjo"! あひるさん。The name means "divine" in Italian.
The water is from Mt. Miwa, known as "water of the gods," and is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a milling ratio of 60%.
It is a single shot, unfiltered sake with an alcohol content of 13%.
It has a very clean taste with a fruity flavor like muscat and a refreshing ginjo aroma like ramune.
