I haven't bought one of these in ages! It's got a hint of muscat to pineapple and everything in between, it's more round than refreshing!
The sweetness of the roundness disappears quickly, and you can go neat.

There is almost no aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness spreads in your mouth from the pear-like flavor, and the umami comes. It is a refreshing type of sour flavor. I think it's a good one. It is the first time to drink it.
When it gets close to room temperature, the sweetness comes out and it is quite delicious. When it reaches room temperature, the spiciness comes out firmly. It is easy to drink and good balance when it is a little cold.

I was curious about this one because it was brewed in a building in Minato Ward, Tokyo, with rice, water and yeast from Tokyo.
The aroma of muscat. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the gentle sweetness of muscat and then the flavor of rice. I'm looking forward to finding out that good sake can be made in Tokyo.
