It's too perverted to be aging 2014by raw raw sake on the www. Omachi's warmed up sake is too stubborn. I don't know if I didn't like it, but this is something else. I never thought I'd get to drink the Etsukishajin I've been waiting for! Gasp! It has a strong undiluted syochu liqueur with a beautiful acidity that is hard to believe it is +1.8, and it is tangy and dry. If you pair it with liver or oily food with strong taste, it becomes mild and the flavor increases. YUMMA!
