I never thought I'd get to drink the Etsukishajin I've been waiting for! Gasp! It has a strong undiluted syochu liqueur with a beautiful acidity that is hard to believe it is +1.8, and it is tangy and dry. If you pair it with liver or oily food with strong taste, it becomes mild and the flavor increases. YUMMA!
Even though I'm not a fan of dryness, I have to give it a high rating!
