たけさんHmmm, what about this one?
It has a sake feel, but there is almost no umami, acidity, or pungency.
It doesn't have that "just plain hot" kind of tingling sensation, and it's like you're consuming alcohol in a calm, unobtrusive way.
It may go well with anything because there is no assertion at all, but it is not interesting to drink a sake that doesn't say anything at all.
If it were a mobile suit, it would be Jim. たけさんIt's delicious!
It has just the right amount of umami right from the start, and keeps that umami all the way through, until the umami fades out and the pungent spiciness gradually remains.
The haze is not so much that it bothers you, and you can take it as umami without any muddiness.
This is perfect with chicken sashimi! たけさんI had a bad feeling about this wine because of its oshantey jacket, but it is not fruity in the common sense and is not overly flamboyant.
It is slightly effervescent, dry with a long finish, and sharp yet flavorful.
I like this kind of dry wine.
It would go well with white meat sashimi.
However, I'm eating chicken sashimi right now, and I think the sake might be a bit overpowered by the sashimi. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
