The third cup is the same sake from Kitakata.
It has a soft sweetness and umami flavor. I paired it with a specialty of Koriyama, Namenroku (carp). The cabbage rice cake was also delicious 🎵.
Fukushima's sake brewing industry seems to be putting a lot of effort into sake recently, and after winning V9 gold medals at the National New Sake Competition, they regained it this year for the first time in three years. It was interesting to see the photos from the local newspaper 😂.
