Mainly Melon Icecream like smell. Also got some Pear, Whiteflower smell. Taste like cream, grapefruit peel. Dry. Refreshing. Can definitely pair with all kinds of food. Nice summer sake.

Attractive Pink in Color. Smells lightly vinegary, strawberry. Taste like strawberry, with some cooked rice taste as well. Refreshing. Not bad. Just i’m not a big fan of that kind of sour taste.

Smells pear, white flower. But the taste is mainly steamed rice, the fruits are only played the supporting role. Refreshing. Dry finish. Another good sake.

Shinomine Tasting Set. The 1st one is the ‘Rokumaru Hattan Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu.’ Pineapple, Apple like taste. Nice level of acidity. Dry Finish. Very Refreshing! Nice One.
