boukenI pedaled my bike dash to buy alcohol after work😅.
The store closes at 6pm so I was in a pretty big hurry💦.
It's not a good location to go on a day off, and if you bike, you don't have to pay for the train 😁.
I've been drinking out at Suitori Ki in the past, but this is my first time drinking at home.
I don't remember what kind of drinks I had when I drank outside 😅.
Microbubbles 🫧 when you pour it into a glass.
It's fresh and quite sweet, but with a strong graininess.
It's sharp, a little dry and has a nice sharpness.
The taste itself is a bit similar to Asahi Nikki's Risshun Asa Shibori.
Asahi Nikki tasted more like candy 🤔.
The smoky nuance was emphasized a few hours after opening the bottle 💦.
It's sweet and not bad at all... boukenTochigi sake 14 is a rare rice.
It is dark and has a peculiar taste, but it is delicious with a rich sweet flavor. I prefer it to the Sake Isshuji I drank the other day. boukenSweet but basically spicy boukenGood evening, Mr. Yama!
You must have been drinking a lot of Sawahime if you have a special attachment to it 😊Tochigi has a lot of good sake 😆. boukenAfter work before the holidays, I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to.
Okuda Sake Shop is located a little north of Hankyu Itami Station.
It is a small store with a large refrigerator in the back yard and mainly stocked one bottle of sake, so I got the impression that they focus on restaurants. I got the impression that the business was focused on restaurants.
I'll write down the brands they carry since they don't have any information on them. Mizutoki, Okura, Kurumizaka, Senzuke, Sawahime, Kamikai, Rumiko's Sake, Daishichi, Atago no Matsu, Hanaboe, Yuho, Yamahoshi, etc.
I went there for Mizutoki, but they didn't have it when I went there 😢.
It is made with red rice called Beni Roman. It is sweet but not that sweet. It has a strong bran taste. I can't say for sure because I didn't drink it, but I think last year's specs were sweeter than this year's. The acidity is as strong as I imagined. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
