Popped and cheerfully opened the bottle! More schwarziness than I expected! Really well-balanced oily astringent bitter creamy from a refreshing rummy. It's also mineral and sharp, and goes well with a meal and a drink! I bought it by the square and it will be gone soon! Sake rice→Rohafu produced in Nara Prefecture (Ori: Yamadanishiki produced in Nara Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 13%.

Soft, gentle umami and refreshing citrus acidity. It is beautifully delicious. It has a little bit of a hint of oriki because it is a draft. The astringency of the ori is also lightly present, which is a good thing because it is only possible with the raw version. Sake rice: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima Polishing ratio→65%. Alcohol content→ 14 degrees Celsius
