Another unique sake. Whenever I go on a business trip to Sendai, I always think that every izakaya I go into has a good selection of sake. Today, I went to a restaurant that specializes in wine, but I missed sake, so I stopped by this restaurant. They had a great selection.

I ordered this sake at an izakaya on a business trip, attracted by its strange name and label. The brewery is actually from Iwate, the same place where the famous "Taxi Driver" is made. Contrary to the violent name, it is a nigori sake with a gentle yet mellow and rich flavor. It is addictive.
