tomoさんA consolation party for the students who were here until last month.
Some of them did not drink, so we went to a restaurant with good food.
The all-you-can-drink course included four kinds of sake.
Since the previous sake tasted modern, we continued with Sanzenmori, a representative of dry sake.
I asked about the specs, but the waiter didn't seem to know. It was a bit of a mystery, so we'll have to wait and see 😊.
It was a Jun Dai summer sake from Sanzenmori.
They put in a nice one 😄.
This one is sharp and dry.
Great as a food sake to complement food 🥰.
A student from Miyazaki said, "This is good!
I see you like dry sake.
After that, I also ordered Hana-no-Kou, but the student preferred Sanzenmori. tomoさんA consolation party for the students who were here until last month.
Some of them did not drink, so we went to a restaurant with good food.
The course included all-you-can-drink and four kinds of sake.
When I asked about the lineup, I was told that it was Reizan, Hana-no-Kou, Sanzenmori, and Kagami (?). I ordered Kagami, which I had never had before.
The nigori-nagari came 🥰.
I asked to see the label and was brought a bottle.
I had never seen this sake before.
It is a sake from Mie.
I looked it up and found that it was from the Hanzo brewery. I have seen Hanzo before, but I have never had it.
It seems to be a new brand.
The taste has a fresh sweetness and gaseousness that is typical of nama-shu.
I can taste the bitterness of the ori, but it is not so strong, and a pleasant sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
This is delicious 😍.
The students also reacted as expected, saying "I didn't know this kind of sake existed 😁.
I personally loved it and ordered another one at the end. つぶちゃんGood morning, TOMO. ☀️
I drank Hanamegami no nigori when I went to Nagano: ❣️
It was sweet and sour and bitter, and I enjoyed it with grilled chicken 😋I think it will be a popular sake from now on 😊. tomoさんHi, Tsubu ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
