I had a drink at the Asahiya Sake Shop stand at Kitazawa Hachiman, which is famous (I think) for its fair stalls with reasonable prices.

It has a soft mouthfeel and a sourness that is typical of Shinsei.
The aftertaste is clean with a lingering sourness.
