As the name suggests, only Hakkaisan sake is available. I ordered only the sashimi platter and got only one drink and went to the second house👍.
It's been about 15 years since I've seen the man who took care of me 🤭I haven't seen him in a long time 🤭I used to have dinner with him 😋.
It was my first time to try Hakkaisan. I thought it was a dry Niigata sake, but it tasted like a white wine.
