Tonight's second bottle is Junmai Ginjo 2019, served with Tuna Yamakake, grilled shiitake mushroom with soy sauce, and Thai style Japanese dish with thick fried tofu and pak choi. It goes well with all of them. It's a good sake for all kinds of dishes.
