It's a very famous brewery that everyone knows. The moment you pour it, you can smell the ginjo aroma and it is easy to drink. The aroma and the smooth taste of the rice in your mouth is superb, and after that, it leaves a crisp and dry aftertaste. This is delicious. It's not quite the same as the centrifugally separated 20%/3% sake that I drank at the company's sake tasting party, but it's still a great junmai daiginjo. It's a great sake to pair with Hoto for dinner.

This is the last bottle I got as a souvenir. The ginjo aroma when poured is modest. When you put it in your mouth, you don't feel the tangy alcohol smell all the time, but instead you feel the sweetness and richness of the rice. The aroma is refreshing, more like a flower than a fruit like a green apple. (Is that the name with that in mind?) Perhaps that's why the aftertaste was light and easy to drink. This is delicious. It was a very tasty sake. It was a great accompaniment to the bonito tataki. By the way, this Daiichishuzo seems to be the oldest brewery in Tochigi prefecture.

This is the second bottle of the sake set I got as a souvenir. It is a dry special junmai sake. It has a really faint aroma of ginjo. As the name suggests, it is a dry sake that is not too sweet and is easy to drink. You can feel the alcohol and the taste of rice in the aftertaste. I enjoyed it at home with salmon sashimi.

Junmai-shu. It is a part of the set that I got as a souvenir from Nasu, Tochigi. It has a slightly tangy dry taste. You can feel the flavor of the rice with little miscellaneous taste peculiar to Junmai. It was the best to accompany the miso flavored hot pot.
