This is the last bottle I got as a souvenir. The ginjo aroma when poured is modest. When you put it in your mouth, you don't feel the tangy alcohol smell all the time, but instead you feel the sweetness and richness of the rice. The aroma is refreshing, more like a flower than a fruit like a green apple. (Is that the name with that in mind?) Perhaps that's why the aftertaste was light and easy to drink. This is delicious. It was a very tasty sake. It was a great accompaniment to the bonito tataki. By the way, this Daiichishuzo seems to be the oldest brewery in Tochigi prefecture.
