The water used to make the sake is also said to be "water of immortality". ...... The impact of all these things is too strong lol. You can feel the sweetness of the rice and then it disappears quickly. It really disappears beautifully and doesn't linger. I didn't know there was such a thing as sake! It doesn't even smell like sake. You'll drink this up in no time. ...... It's just like the "Lady Killer" written on the back label.

Gorgeous and mellow! I was surprised that I hadn't tasted the sake offered at the izakaya where I worked part-time when I was a student, so I popped it in. At the time, when I rarely drank sake, I vaguely wondered if it was a popular brand, but once I tried it, I understood why it was so popular. YUMMY~! I chose the salted fish for a snack, but as an appetizer it has a powerful taste, so if you want to taste the glitz and glamour, it might go better with boiled tofu or something similar. I'll probably try a less expensive snack next time.
