I bought it because of the label. It is a junmai nama sake, but there is no roughness or peculiarity. It was so good that I thought it would be a good idea. It seems to go well with everyday meals rather than the kind of snacks that go well with sake.

It is easy to drink and has no alcoholic odor, which is hard to believe for a drink with 18% alcohol content. I paired it with a snack of pork marinated in miso and kanzuri, and it went well with it. The aroma is not too strong, so it goes well with just about anything.
