I went to a liquor store and asked the owner to recommend a sake that goes well with hot sake. When I drank it before heating it up, I thought it was not clear, but when I heated it up, it was sweet when I drank it, but had a sharp taste. Akane label from Murayu in Niigata. Unusually sweet for Niigata. It is sweet but sharp and easy to drink, and I love it. I buy many bottles in bulk. I am interested in other labels of Murayu. #Murasuke #Niigata
